I like this company. Good staff. My most recent interaction was with Simona. She's extremely pleasant , very attentive , she's very clear and some how answers my concerns before I get a chance to ask. She is really an terrific asset to Bio. I really wish there's more staff like her. I wish there's more people like her period. Thanks a lot

Absolute Chaos and unorganised place. Their recruitment process is terrible. Its like the left hand does not know what the right hand does.They hire volunteers and then equal number of stand by then an equal number of people who are not on the list.The recuiters have no clue of anything at all.

I was contacted by Akhila Kasireddy who call to tell me about the one clinical trial. She told me all about it - there were several blood draws and IVs required, several overnight stays and return trips for blood draws. I was completely fine with everything she explained to me. I drove two and a half hours for my screening, only to discover Akhila had failed to notify me that I would be required to wear a catheter the whole time I was there. Apparently, everyone who does trials has to have catheters inserted.Had Akhila told me this over the phone, I would have never made the two and a half hour drive only to say no. I'm very disappointed that I drove all that way for nothing. It was a waste of money.Well I was waiting for my 11:00 screening, I heard another gentleman and lady talking about how they had been waiting for a long time. Their appointments were 8:00 and 8:30, respectively.I will not be participating in any studies with this company, and I am so grateful that no one I tried to talk into coming with me actually came.Added** I received a phone call from Jenny from BioPharma after writing this review. She left a message asking how they can rectify this. I called back and hung up after 6 minutes on hold. I called back and after 6 minutes and pressed one to receive a call back. After a few hours, I called back. After 15 minutes on hold a lady answered who advised Jenny was not available but she would get her to call me back. It has been a few days and I have not received a call back. Obviously, par for the course with this company. Waste of my time again.

too much neurotoxin

If you're Indian, White or Filipino you stand a chance working there, a black person nope I wouldn't recommend. There's no room for improvement working at Biopharma/ Think. You would give your best and still get fired if anyone especially management feel Intimidated by your work skills. Being micomanaged is an understatement & biaseness. Low paid for hard workers while other seat around do less and get high salaries I can go on and on about this place.
